• Drafting Estate Plan Documents – such as Wills, Trusts, General Durable Powers of Attorney and Durable Powers of Attorney for Health Care.


• Real Estate Conveyancing – from preparing and reviewing Purchase and Sale Agreements; through representing Sellers and Buyers in all aspects of buying/selling their homes.


• Probate of Estates – Preparing and filing all necessary documents with the Massachusetts Probate Courts; also filing federal and state estate tax returns.
